Career Mentoring Programme

My experience as a mentor

I have over twenty years experience across the public and voluntary sectors as an empowering, motivational, inspirational public sector officer; manager; head of service, management consultant; and life coach.

I was trained as a professional mentor as part of an Institute of Leadership Management-accredited, leadership development programme for senior and middle managers. I have successfully provided career mentoring for eight years.

How I will support you

The Career Mentoring Programme will include six online or face-to-face sessions (depending on environmental conditions and location), with each session being approx. 90 minutes in length. As part of the service a free programme workbook will be included.
