An intuitive, unique and novel four-stage meditation course (Mbinu ya kutafakari in Kiswahili).
The aim of the course is to aid clients to quieten the chatter of their lives. So that they can access divine peace of mind and spirit.
The training in the meditation technique is conducted in one:one and group sessions via Zoom.
The course consists of four 90 minute long sessions. If supplementary sessions are required beyond the four initial sessions, four more sessions are provided free of charge.
Additionally, texts and telephone support are also provided free of charge.
